Even if you have never used us, we are here to support you; when you have a problem, contact us. We can evaluate your problem and usually connect remotely to diagnose and fix the problem. If we fix it remotely, you can pay us by card, and we don’t even need to visit you. Alternatively, if the work is more involved, such as a hardware repair, we can visit you, or you can deliver your device to us. Hardware repairs are usually done at our office.
