These companies rarely if ever visit and usually have little understanding of the customer’s environment or business.

We believe that managing a computer system is mainly about planning and we ensure maximum up time by being proactive to make the system as reliable as possible. If you have a large network with multiple sites and servers we will recommend a complete systems audit. This would involve documenting the network in some detail; this would be needed to plan ahead as well as for support. On single server networks with small numbers of workstations, it can be audited as work is carried out.
